At this stage we have completed:

Glycol installation for the fat-processing area:

• installation of welded steel pipelines (approx. 500 mb)
• installation of 7 glycol coolers (including one 60 kW cooler)
• installation of 7 control modules at the coolers
• installation of a pump module with 3 circulation pumps
• wykonanie izolacji PUR w płaszczu z blachy (cała instalacja zewnętrzna i wewnętrzna)
• installation of electrical wiring (approx. 3335 mb)
• installation of 2 control cabinets of our production
• update of the existing SCADA system

Ammonia plant:

• rozbudowa istniejącej maszynowni amoniakalnej o:
  • compressor unit with cooling capacity of 1413 kW
  • spray-evaporative condenser equipped with 3 axial fans and a water pump
  • dry cooler with 211.8 kW cooling power
  • ammonia pumps 2 pcs
• installation of support structure for ammonia pipelines and ammonia/glycol exchanger
• installation of ammonia pipelines welded on a support structure for supplying the ammonia/glycol exchanger (approx. 420mb)
• installation of ammonia/glycol exchanger with 1000 kW cooling capacity and weight of 1857 kg
• leakage and strength tests of the installation
