The production facility for vegetable and fruit processing with freezing chambers, administrative and social part and necessary infrastructure is an investment for GL Group carried out in consortium with Agro-Projects Sp. z o.o. and Montostal Sp. z o.o.

The scope of work on the part of our company in cooperation with Montostal:

• installation of ammonia refrigeration machinery room
• installation of ammonia, glycol and heat recovery systems
• installation of air coolers in freezer rooms
• installation of air coolers in raw material cooling rooms
• installation of a supply and exhaust air handling unit for the production hall (ventilation – 1100m3/h, air extraction – 1100m3/h)
• installation of compressed air system including compressor room and connection of production machines (compressor capacity 12.1 m3/h, 5000l compressed air expansion tank, refrigeration dryer, adsorption dryer)
• installation of adsorption dehumidifier along with the distribution of ventilation ducts for the packing room
• installation of a supply and exhaust air handling unit for the office part (ventilation 1580m3/h, air extraction 1580m3/h)
• installation of multi split air conditioning for the office part
• installation of central heating system for the office and production part (floor and radiator heating systems)
• installation of boiler room (heat pump with distributors)
• installation of floor heating system for freezer rooms
