Green Factory Robakowo

Green Factory are companies with modern warehouses and production facilities. Originally, Green Factory handled the production and sale of fresh vegetables. Since 2015, the company has been focusing only on products in the Ready to Eat category, gradually expanding its range with new product lines, including private label products.

Complete technological systems installation in this facility consists of the following elements:

• Cooling devices in the form of 2 modern air-cooled TRANE chillers with smooth compressor operation control – totaling in cooling capacity of 800 kW
• Eco-friendly propylene glycol chilled water machinery room with variable speed control pump modules to precisely meet the facility’s needs
• Cooling installations for 21 Guentner air coolers to maintain a constant, low temperature in the logistic hall and the cooler
• Complete automation of the chilled water machinery room with a remote monitoring system.

All elements together have led to the creation of an effective, economical and environmentally friendly refrigeration system that is easy to use and control by the Client.
